I follow the Texas Real Estate Commissions Standards of Practice. This means that I’ll inspect the visible and accessible structure, systems and components of the home, inside and out, from the foundation to the roof, using the latest tools and technology. Following my evaluation, I’ll compile my findings in an easy-to-read report, which will include detailed descriptions and high-resolution digital photos of any issues I’ve discovered. I’ll deliver your report within 24 hours, and my job isn’t finished until you understand everything in it.
New Home Inspection
This is done to determine if there are any serious safety issues or necessary repairs with a home that you may be interested in buying. Hiring a home inspector helps you uncover issues that you may not notice on your own, even when you look at a home thoroughly.
PreSale Inspection
The pre-sale inspection will let you know the real current condition of your house. Once it takes place, everything will be assessed thoroughly. This includes plumbing, electrical, and ventilation down to the appliances that will be handed to the buyer.
Lawn Irrigation System
I will inspect the sprinkler system. In this inspection the main purpose is to run through the watering cycle for every zone. The most common problems I will be looking for are, Cracked, clogged or broken sprinkler heads, any of these problems may result in sputtering, inaccurate spray patterns or water spraying up instead of out of the sprinkler properly.
